- Harry’s, founded in 2013, is a company devoted to improving all aspects of the grooming experience. Focusing on high-quality products and a site experience/subscription model to match, they are changing the game for both homes and ecommerce businesses around the world.
- During my time at Harry’s, I worked closely with the product and insights team to further improve a number of digital experiences including: the subscription model, the User Profile dashboard, cancellation, accessibility, and overall visual consistency through web style guide/file handoff adjustments & additions.
- Using a somewhat agile model, we also developed key processes including UX & heuristics reviews, rapid-prototyping phases, and in-person/remote user-testing sessions.
